Service star: refers to the contribution star as the basis to meet the needs of our bank's individual user expansion and business development. The rating results adjusted according to certain rules are also the basis for our bank's individual users to enjoy our bank's various priority preferential services. Service star adjustments are divided into three types: real-time adjustment by the system, manual adjustment by the account manager and fixed daily adjustment of the rating. It is consistent with the following For customers who meet one of the conditions, if the current service star rating is low, the system will automatically and immediately increase it to the corresponding star rating:

(1) Sign a private banking service agreement and adjust the service star rating to seven stars.

2. Service star reduction (latest)

Starting from June 2011, the end of each month will be the assessment day for service star improvement. That is, if the contribution star level is higher than the service star level at the end of each month, the service star level will be immediately increased. At the same time, our bank sends text message reminders to customers whose service stars have increased every month.

June 30 and December 31 each year are still the fixed evaluation days for service star reduction. When the contribution star rating is lower than the service star rating, the service star rating assessed in the current period remains unchanged for the time being and enters the star rating decline buffer period. For customers whose service star rating has entered the buffer period for star rating decline and the buffer period has expired, the service star rating will be lowered based on the current contribution star rating.

3. Calculation of star value

Service star rating is a rating result adjusted according to certain rules based on contribution star rating.

1. Financial assets
