There are two options for credit card consumption: "signature only" and "signature with password". The default payment method for Ping An credit card is "signature only". If you need to enter a password for swiping the card, you need to activate the consumption password function.

If you need to activate it, you can apply in the following ways:

1. Download the Pocket Bank APP, enter the credit card interface, click More, and go to Card Management-Password Management-Transaction Password-Consumption Voucher Password setting, activate according to the prompts

2. Click the Ping An Credit Card Online Banking link to log in to the credit card online banking, and activate according to the prompts through "Account Management-Card Management-Transaction Password Management".

Warm reminder: If you enter a password for all consumption transactions, you need to turn off the small-amount password verification-free and UnionPay QuickPass functions.
