When making a return, you need to bring your receipt and the original packaging of the item you purchased (if any). If the return conditions are met, a refund will be issued after the floor manager signs it. If you paid by credit card, you can choose to refund it to the credit card or get cash back. When refunding to the credit card, you need to provide the signed POS slip at the time and handle it at the cashier where you paid at the time. If you want to refund cash, you need to pay 1 % handling fee.
