Submit order

Log in to online banking, and then go to "outlet function > point redemption > credit card point redemption > my point redemption" to check the order and perform the redemption operation.
Query order
After the order is submitted successfully, log in to My Account to query all orders in the order management. Or log in to the online banking terminal for inquiry.
Step 10 Confirm receipt
After the payment is successful, the logistics will deliver the goods to your door for free. After you sign for the gift, please log in to the mall of the points exchange platform and enter "My Order" to "confirm receipt".
