How long has ICBC's credit card been overdue?
Icbc's credit card will be prosecuted if it is overdue for three months. Those who receive the notice from the bank court should actively communicate and negotiate with the bank to express their sincerity and determination to repay. If the repayment can be made in full, as long as it is explained to the bank that it is not maliciously overdue, the other party will generally withdraw the lawsuit when it sees the repayment. After all, the original intention of bank prosecution is to recover the arrears.

If the repayment cannot be made in full, or even cannot be made, the debtor can explain the reasons for the overdue, and it is best to provide proof of special reasons. Then calculate the principal and interest according to the actual income of the individual, and negotiate with the bank to make a repayment plan. If the cardholder has a good attitude and is willing to repay, the bank generally agrees to negotiate.

When the credit card is overdue for more than 90 days, or the bank fails to repay it twice, and there is no willingness to repay it, the bank will freeze the credit card and blacklist the cardholder. At the same time, it is usually decided whether to sue according to the overdue amount.
