Credit card money can't be transferred to savings card. If you want to transfer the money to the savings card and use it flexibly, you can only apply for cash installment and then transfer the money to the savings card in your name. However, cash installment can only be used for consumption, and equivalent consumption vouchers need to be provided.

At present, not all banks only have cash installment business. Banks such as ICBC, China Construction Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and China Everbright Bank support cash installment business. Before you want to use this function, you should consult your card issuer in advance whether it has this service.

Cash installment and installment fee. Taking ICBC as an example, the number of periods you can choose is 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24 and so on. The credit card cash installment fee shall be charged by not less than 50% of the benchmark interest rate of loans of the same grade and term of the People's Bank of China.
