Under normal circumstances, you can get points by using the Bank of Communications credit card, but there are some industry regulations that you can't get points by using the card. Please refer to:

1. Various interests and handling fees stipulated in the applicable credit card articles of association or contract, including but not limited to annual credit card fees, cash withdrawal transaction fees, overdraft interest, late payment fees, over-limit fees and other credit card fees.

2. Transfer transactions, cash withdrawal transactions and online transactions.

3. Specific categories of debit consumption, including but not limited to real estate; Automobile sales; Wholesale transactions; Hospital; Primary and higher education institutions; Universities, colleges and specialized schools; Charity and social services, non-profit undertakings; Fines; Bail and deposit; Pay taxes; Government services; Embassy and consulate fees; Government loans, etc.
