3. Credit card points of CCB will not be calculated:

1. Pay revolving credit interest, annual fee, late payment fee, installment fee and other expenses with Longka credit card, and withdraw cash for repayment;

2. Related expenses withheld and remitted, and transactions paid by credit card;

3, real estate, automobile, wholesale, hospitals, schools and other non-profit industries such as charity and social services, as well as financial and government payment transactions (such as insurance, investment, tax payment, fines);

4. Other transaction types and merchants designated by China Construction Bank.

5. The Construction Bank has the right to deduct the cardholder's points for the transactions that should not be given due to the merchants' failure to install bank card acceptance equipment in accordance with the regulations of China UnionPay. China Construction Bank is not responsible for the accumulation of points caused by the failure of the acquiring institution or merchants to correctly set the merchant category according to the regulations of China UnionPay.

6. If the goods or services purchased by credit card are returned for any reason, or the money is returned due to a purchase order dispute, or returned for other reasons, China Construction Bank will deduct the points originally obtained through this transaction.
