·College Entrance Examination Scores (please enter your scores into the online application system immediately after the College Entrance Examination results are released, and upload a copy of your College Entrance Examination transcripts)

Application Method

Applicants must log in to the HKU Mainland Undergraduate Admission Scheme online application system to fill in the application form. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email from HKU.

·Log in to the application webpage (http://www.hku.hk/mainland) and follow the instructions on the webpage to complete the online application process.

·Applicants can use MasterCard, VISA or UnionPay credit cards for online payment. If the online payment fails, you can also choose to go to a bank to pay the application fee by draft, remittance or direct deposit, and then send the original proof of payment to our office. The incoming letter must indicate the applicant's name, application number (e.g. BJN123456) and contact number. Please call us to avoid delaying your application.

·The delivery address is: Admissions Office, Room MG14, Ground Floor, Main Building, University of Hong Kong, Pok Fu Lam Road, Hong Kong. Please mark "Mainland Undergraduate Admission Plan" on the envelope, and please keep copies of money orders and other receipts for future reference.

1. All fees involved in bank payment shall be paid by the applicant.

2. When going through the relevant procedures at the bank, the applicant must bring his or her ID card and relevant supporting documents.

Application deadline

· The application deadline is June 15th. Applicants must submit the application form and pay the application fee online to complete the application.

· The application fee paid will not be refunded.

IV

Interview arrangements and application results

Interview arrangements will be announced online in mid-June 2018. Students who pass the first round of screening and qualify for interviews will be notified of interview arrangements through the online application system in late June 2018. The final application results will also be announced in the online application system in early July 2018. Admitted students must complete the admission procedures within the specified date, otherwise their admission qualifications will be cancelled, and the fees paid will not be refunded.

Notes

· Applicants must ensure that all submitted information is true and correct. Our school reserves the right to require applicants to produce relevant certificates for verification; if If the applicant cannot provide the required proof, the school reserves the right to reject the application or cancel the admission qualification. All application fees and tuition fees paid will not be refunded.

· The latest arrangements for the admission plan will be announced on the HKU website (www.hku.hk/mainland). HKU will not notify you further by email, phone or in writing.

· Our school respects the privacy of applicants, and the data submitted by applicants is only used for admission applications. Application materials provided by applicants will not be returned.

· In addition to the application fees listed above, applicants do not need to pay any additional fees to HKU staff or HKU affiliated organizations and departments during the application process. This move may violate Hong Kong's Prevention of Bribery Ordinance.
