AE (American Express) card is the first debit card launched by American Express. So far, GNS (Global Network Services Department) has established strategic partnerships with 80 partners in more than 90 countries around the world.

At present, domestic banks that can apply for American Express credit cards include China Merchants Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China CITIC Bank. Among them, ICBC and China CITIC Bank can be exempted from paying annual fees five times a year. The AE credit card of China Merchants Bank has to pay an annual fee, which is required in 300 yuan and is not recommended.
