According to the arrangement of strategic cooperation between Bank of Communications and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, the Pacific Credit Card Center of Bank of Communications was officially announced on October 25th, 2004. After intense preparations, on February 28th, 2005, the Pacific Credit Card Center of Bank of Communications, which was just established for four months, officially launched the issuance of a new version of the Pacific dual-currency credit card among employees of Bank of Communications. On May 13, the new release conference of Bank of Communications Pacific Dual-currency Credit Card was held in Shanghai Four Seasons Hotel, marking the official issuance of Pacific Dual-currency Credit Card.
