Can I withdraw money across banks by credit card?
Credit cards can be cashed out across banks, but a certain handling fee is required. Different banks will have different fees, and the more the amount of cash withdrawn, the more the handling fee will be. In addition to the handling fee, credit card withdrawal will also charge interest. After withdrawal, interest will be charged. Generally, interest will be calculated according to the daily interest rate of five ten thousandths until the withdrawal amount is paid off.

Inter-bank withdrawal is to withdraw money from a non-deposit bank, which is generally used for ATM withdrawal. Cross-bank withdrawals generally charge a handling fee ranging from 2 to 5 yuan, and some banks do not charge a handling fee for the first 2 to 3 cross-bank withdrawals every month. After all state-owned banks have implemented the 4 yuan standard of inter-bank handling fee in the same city, some joint-stock banks have officially raised this fee since July 21.

in order to reduce the cost of residents' transfer, document No.261 issued by the central bank on September 3, 216 stipulates that if a bank charges off-site handling fees for the off-site deposit and withdrawal of cash, transfer and other services within the bank, it shall be free within three months from the date of issuance of this notice. In other words, by January 1, 217 at the latest, citizens will handle the transfer business at the same bank, and cash withdrawal and transfer in different places will be free.

from July 25, 221, ATM withdrawals from industrial, agricultural, China, construction, communications and postal savings banks will be free of charge.
