Neither Alipay nor WeChat can let others bind their own bank cards. You can let your wife spend with her own credit card by giving away a family card. Take Alipay as an example:

1. Open Alipay app and search for "Love Card".

2. Enter the Emotional Card page and click Give Emotional Card.

3. Enter the Alipay account of the other party and click OK.

4. Click on the Alipay account name.

5. Enter the amount you can spend, click Give, and the other party can spend with your bound card.
