How do foreigners handle ICBC credit cards in Beijing?
Generally, the application materials needed to apply for a credit card are identity certificate, work certificate and income certificate. Generally, as long as you have a fixed address at your workplace, you may need to provide proof of residence or real estate license for your foreign household registration.

The following documents must be provided when applying for ICBC:

1, ID card. Domestic residents: a copy of the applicant's ID card or military officer's card. Overseas residents: Hong Kong and Macao residents provide photocopies of passports, Taiwan Province residents provide photocopies of Taiwanese certificates, and other foreigners provide photocopies of passports.

2. Work certificate and income certificate. Work certificate: copy of work permit or work identity certificate or original work certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit. Income certificate: the salary record of the last three months issued by the bank (copy of salary card statement) or the copy of personal income tax withholding certificate issued by the unit or the original income certificate.

If you want to improve the chances of successful application, or apply for a higher credit card, it is recommended to provide other supporting documents as far as possible, such as education, professional title, professional qualification certificate, self-owned real estate license, self-owned car driving license, copy of ICBC time deposit certificate, original telephone, water, electricity and gas bills of your current residence in the last three months, and credit card supporting documents of other banks (original statements of the last three periods).
