4. Online inquiry
If you have registered for online banking, you can log in to the Bank of China Credit Card Center website, enter your user name and password, click login, and enter online banking for balance inquiry. In addition, you can also check the consumption details, card limit, bill date, repayment date and points status in the past six months.
5. Self-service bank ATM machine inquiry or counter inquiry.
Card holders can go to the nearby ATMs of Bank of China or other banks to check the balance on the card, or go directly to the counter with their ID documents to check.
