Hello, ABC's double-free account refers to "an account with reduced annual fee and small account management fee". If you don't have a "double-free account" at ABC (except credit card and VIP card), you can apply for annual fee and small account management fee reduction at any branch of ABC with your ID card and debit card (or passbook).

Tips:

1. Individual customers have only one unique account in our bank (excluding credit card and VIP account). Since August 17, the Bank has voluntarily reduced the annual fee and small account management fee of this account.

2. If an individual customer has an account and enjoys the policy of annual fee exemption and small account management fee exemption, and there are also "wage accounts, pension accounts, minimum living security accounts, medical insurance accounts, unemployment insurance accounts and housing provident fund accounts", the existing free accounts and the above six types of accounts are exempt from annual fee and small account management fee.

3. Apply for a double-free account with a debit card under normal circumstances. If the annual fee and small account management fee have not been deducted before, they need to be returned.
