4. If a GF car owner card customer does not meet the conditions for road assistance gifts or points redemption and uses our bank's road assistance services, he or she needs to pay the corresponding service fees based on the actual rescue situation.

5. The "card issuance" date refers to the system approval date of Guangfa Card in China Guangfa Bank.

7. Cardholders must present their GF car owner card when enjoying roadside assistance services.

8. The cardholder’s vehicle information for the first rescue service will be recorded, and the vehicle will be used as the designated vehicle for providing road rescue services. If the cardholder's vehicle information changes (such as changing cars, etc.), he must call the roadside assistance service hotline in advance to change the vehicle information. The vehicle information change will take effect 24 hours later, and the vehicle information can only be changed once during the service period.

9. When the cardholder's car has an accident or breaks down, and quick repair is considered possible, China Guangfa Bank will assist in arranging car repairmen to the user's site. Roadside maintenance services include tire changes, charging, water refilling and other mechanical repairs that take less than 30 minutes. /This service provides unlimited free roadside maintenance services within one year, and the cardholder does not need to pay any fees incurred. If there are any maintenance requirements that are not included in this service. The service provider will assist with arrangements, and the relevant fees will be borne by the cardholder.

10. When the cardholder's car is unable to drive due to an accident or breakdown, China Guangfa Bank will assist in arranging a service provider to tow the vehicle to the nearest repairer or service provider authorized by the automobile manufacturer for special vehicle repair. Repair by the manufacturer or the repairer designated by the user. If roadside repair is not possible, we will provide a towing service to a repair center up to 100 kilometers away. This free service is available unlimited times for one year. 11. When the cardholder’s car runs out of fuel while driving, China Guangfa Bank will do its best to assist in arranging emergency fuel delivery by service providers. 12. The cardholder’s car must be a four-wheel motor vehicle with less than 11 seats and is limited to family, private, social, official or leisure purposes.
