1. Applicant's requirements: the main card applicant must be a domestic person aged 18-60 or an overseas person aged 25-60.

Requirements of the applicant for the secondary card: the applicant for the secondary card must be the parent, brother, sister, spouse or child of the applicant for the primary card, and at least 16 years old.

2. Identification documents: generally a copy of the applicant's ID card or military officer's card; If you are a Hong Kong and Macao resident, you need to provide a copy of your passport; If you are a resident of Taiwan Province Province, you should provide a copy of your passport.

3. Work certificate and income certificate

Work certificate: generally, it is a copy of work permit or work identity certificate or the original work certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit.

Income certificate: a copy of the salary record or personal income tax withholding certificate issued by the bank in the last three months, or a certificate of automobile production and real estate or an investment certificate.
