If your Bank of Communications credit card needs to be activated, bring the original ID card, the credit card attached to the card letter, and the card letter, and you can go through the activation procedures on bank working days.

If you are a customer who has successfully applied for our bank's first principal credit card online, for the sake of card security, the principal credit card you applied for online must come to the transportation department in person before the last activation date (inclusive) indicated on the card letter. Activation at the counter at any branch of the bank (the supplementary card under the main card can be activated through self-service channels such as the above-mentioned online banking or manual channels through the customer service hotline after the main card is activated).
