You can go to the counter to apply for the upgrade service. Bring the original ID card, a copy of the front and back of the ID card, and China Merchants Bank card (magnetic stripe card) to the counter of a China Merchants Bank outlet to handle the upgrade business.

If you are in a company with a large number of people, you can also contact the staff of China Merchants Bank through the Finance Department or Administration Department to go to the company for on-site processing.
