2) If you forget the transaction password, you can call the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the credit card to apply for resetting the transaction password, and the new transaction password will take effect immediately.
3) If you forget the online payment password, you can log in to the online banking with SMS password or certificate authentication, click the "Modify" button in the "Online Payment" field in the "Customer Service" menu, then check "Reset Credit Card Online Payment Password" in the maintenance page, and then enter a new online payment password.
