China Postal Savings Bank Card does not charge an annual fee.

According to the latest Announcement of China Postal Bank on Exempting China Postal Savings Bank Debit Card Annual Fee, the annual fee exemption policy will be implemented nationwide for all other debit cards. The specific contents are announced as follows:

1. The student aid card for secondary vocational schools will be exempted within three years from the date of opening an account.

2. The financial aid card for ordinary senior high school students will be exempted within three years from the date of opening an account.

3. Gold card, platinum card and diamond card are free.

4. According to the documents of Development and Reform Price [214] No.268 and Development and Reform Price Regulation [217] No.125, the annual fee and account management fee (including small account management fee, the same below) will be automatically exempted for the only account opened in our bank. For customers who have opened multiple accounts in our bank, one account will be designated according to the customer's application.

5. Social service and financial fund accounts such as wages, pensions, subsistence allowances, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, provident fund, etc., and other accounts that meet the requirements can be exempted, according to the document No.22 [211] issued by the Banking Regulatory Commission.
