Notes when reporting loss and replacement of Bank of China credit cards:

1. The card number and security verification code of the new card will be changed, and the validity period will be automatically extended.

2. The card will be mailed by express, and the mailing time will be about 3-5 working days. Please activate it after confirming receipt.

3. If you have previously handled Bank of China personal online banking or other withholding services (such as WeChat/Alipay, etc.), please re-bind according to the new card information after receiving the new card.

4. While the old card has been reported lost and the new card has not been received, please pay attention to the bill and make normal repayments according to the bill prompts. The card that has been reported lost cannot be consumed or withdrawn, but it will not affect the repayment.
