All debit accounts in the customer's name only accept and do not pay, and judicial debit, our loan debit and our credit card automatic debit are temporarily allowed (early repayment of loans will be affected); For individual customers whose certificates are overdue for 60 days, the status of "Certificates are overdue for 60 days-no payment" is set, and all debit accounts in the customer's name will not accept or pay, and wages will be temporarily allowed to be paid on behalf of customers, such as payment from wealth management funds, consumer refund, interest posting, judicial deduction, loan deduction of our bank and automatic deduction of our credit card (early repayment of loans will be affected).

2. If your ID card reserved in our bank has expired, please update your valid ID card in time to avoid affecting your card use. The requirements are as follows:

① If your ID card is about to expire or expire, but the account payment has not been stopped by the system, and the valid certificate reserved for opening an account is an ID card, you can log in to Ping An Pocket Bank APP- Home-More-Identity Authentication, upload the image data of the new ID card, and complete the self-service update;

(2) If the account payment has been stopped, please bring your new ID card and bank card to any branch of our bank for information maintenance;

③ Other documents (including temporary id card): You can renew the validity of the documents at any branch of our bank with valid documents, and your account will return to normal after the renewal.
