The Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was adopted by the 30th meeting of the 10th NPC Standing Committee on October 28th, 2007/KLOC-0; 3. The Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) was adopted by the Second Session of the Fifth National People's Congress on July 6, 1979, and revised by the Fourth Session of the Eighth National People's Congress on March 6, 1996.
