Legal analysis: under the premise of ensuring the needs of life, if there is any property available for execution, the property will be sealed up. If the credit card arrears are considered to have been repaid after mediation or judgment or ruling by the people's court, the cardholder must perform it. If the cardholder refuses to perform, the bank may apply to the people's court for execution, or the judge may transfer it to the person subjected to execution for execution. The people's court has the right to seal up, detain, freeze, auction or sell off the property that the person subjected to execution should perform his obligations on the basis of retaining the necessities of life of the person subjected to execution and his dependent family.

The people's court shall make a ruling on taking the measures mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
