Each Alipay user has a basic free repayment amount of 2,000 yuan per month. Within the limit of 2000 yuan, there is no charge for users to pay back their credit cards.
When the monthly repayment amount exceeds 2,000 yuan, the part exceeding 2,000 yuan will be charged with a handling fee rate of 0. 1%.
Alipay members can get a higher free quota through point redemption.
When repaying 1000 yuan, there is no need to pay the handling fee within the free limit of 2000 yuan for Alipay credit card repayment. When repaying 2000 yuan, according to the charging rules of Alipay credit card repayment, there is no handling fee if it does not exceed 2000 yuan, so there is still no handling fee. When the monthly repayment reaches 5000 yuan, the part that does not exceed the free limit of 2000 yuan does not need to pay the handling fee, so the part of 5000-2000=3000 yuan will be charged with the handling fee rate of 0. 1%. Then, when repaying 5000 yuan, the handling fee to be paid is 3000*0. 1%=3 yuan.
