1. The applicant for the main card of postal savings credit card should be a Chinese mainland resident under 60 years old. The applicant for the supplementary card of the Postal Savings Credit Card must be a Chinese mainland resident aged over 16 and under 60.
2. When the primary and secondary cards are applied at the same time, each primary card application can only be accompanied by one secondary card application; Other supplementary card applications must be submitted after the main card is approved. Each main card can apply for up to four supplementary cards.
Two. Materials required for credit card application of Postal Savings Bank
1. When submitting the application form, the main card applicant must submit his identity certificate and work certificate. To handle the supplementary card, you must provide the ID card and main card number of the supplementary card user.
2. Domestic applicants are divided into local account applicants and non-local account applicants according to whether the ID card issuing authority and the workplace belong to the same provincial administrative region. Applicants for local hukou must submit identification documents and work certificates. In addition to the above information, non-local hukou applicants should also submit proof of residence.
3. Identity documents include: resident identity cards, mainland passes for Hong Kong and Macao residents, mainland passes for residents and passports. Applicants who hold resident identity cards must use them as identification documents. Household registration book, household registration certificate and temporary id card are not accepted as identity documents.
Work certification documents include:
1, copy of work permit (or access permit), with unit name or enterprise logo, applicant's photo, name and employee code (or work department);
(two) the original work certificate or income certificate issued by the unit with the official seal of the unit or the official seal of the personnel department or the official seal of the financial department;
(three) a copy of the medical insurance manual indicating the name of the insured unit and the name of the insured person or the payment list voucher printed by the social security card in the past six months (attached to the insured unit); A copy of the medical insurance card, including the applicant's photo, unit name and name;
(four) transfer form, transfer letter or employment notice stamped with the official seal of the personnel department of the transferred unit.
2, individual industrial and commercial households or individual industrial and commercial households shall submit the following materials at the same time:
(1) A copy of the industrial and commercial business license or tax registration certificate, and a copy of the license of the licensed industry (such as tobacco retail), which proves that the self-operated business has been operated for more than 2 years; Or a copy of the business license of the market where it operates and the legitimacy certificate of the booth (including the name of the merchant, the time of establishment or the time of first approval); Or a copy of the contract.
A copy of the lease contract or ownership certificate of the business premises.
(2) If it is a fund or insurance customer, it must also submit the fund or insurance certificate that has been deposited in our bank for more than 3 months (inclusive).
