1. Negotiate with the collection personnel, and at the same time turn on the mobile phone to record. If the credit card is overdue and repays monthly, the repayment data can be displayed to the collection staff.
2. Call the customer service staff of the issuing bank to negotiate and ask to stop the collection.
3. Pay back the money to the card every month to let the bank know that you are only temporarily unable to repay, but you are willing to repay.
