After the school holiday, I started the second stage of my work, that is, following the class. My work place is Shanda Road Sub-branch.
Originally, my main job was to promote personal funds and install online banking, but I didn't have a holiday until the end of July, much later than other interns, and I couldn't catch up with the start of online banking installation study and the collective opening of authority, so I couldn't carry out related work. So the summer vacation is mainly responsible for publicity and helping you do some odd jobs.
There are two kinds of publicity work, one is to explain and assist customers in handling business in the bank lobby, and the other is outdoor roadshow publicity. I have some suggestions in this regard:
First of all, the lobby work, in fact, I think this work is unnecessary, because ordinary customers can handle business independently; Even if there are occasional questions, it is a small or simple consultation. These questions can often be easily explained by tellers without spending too much or being cumbersome. So I don't think it's necessary to waste manpower in this respect. My feeling in Shanda Road Sub-branch is that if you ask customers if they need help, sometimes they will be scared, and sometimes all you get is a smile of shaking your head. And silently waiting for other people's advice, but there is hardly any. So I think the post is of little value.
Then there is the outdoor roadshow. We choose to work overtime on weekends to go out for publicity. The planned locations are three locations of the refinery, and the planned dates are 13 and 14. But in the end, we only conducted a publicity campaign on 13, and the number of cards issued was very small. I don't think outdoor publicity can be done anywhere. We must first understand what kind of geographical environment and culture you want to promote. Even the weather conditions. 13 On that day, the scorching sun and high air humidity made the whole atmosphere unbearable. However, as planned, we moved desks, chairs, publicity racks and other publicity materials and went to the Eastern Suburb Refinery. However, the human and material resources we sacrificed at the high temperature did not get the due return. Why I think there are at least two crucial reasons: First, the temperature is too high and the environment is extremely bad. Even if we can go back to work and do publicity work outdoors, our customers have no reason to come out in the heat to receive your publicity. On a hot weekend morning, almost everyone chooses to sleep in an air-conditioned home or watch TV to do housework. Who will be free to go out? On the other hand, are those people who came out really forced to come out because of something? And which one of these people doesn't expect to finish what they want to do quickly and go home quickly, and which one will linger on the hot road? Secondly, we only saw the huge individual customer base of the refinery, and did not consider the characteristics of the specific customer base. The refinery is located in the eastern suburb of Jinan, with a certain distance from the city center. Our bank has no business outlets near the refinery, even if there is no ATM. Although I tried my best to explain to you that we can use any ATM, it is inconvenient to deposit money. We still can't get another refinery resident to accept our card. They said, "The bank has read a lot, but it is useless." Indeed, from our bank's point of view, we don't want to see the card if it is not used. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a place where the business outlets are convenient to reach.
In the work of Shanda Road Sub-branch, there are many logistics-related jobs, such as file sorting statistics, corporate debt statistics, warehouse sorting, daily lunch statistics, financial assistance management and so on. I also helped the manager enter some information and so on. Although I have written thanks and suggestions in these jobs, they have little to do with personal work, so I won't explain them in detail.

First of all, we made a dragnet survey of the area near the sub-branch, and made detailed marketing plans and personnel arrangements for the surrounding units, office buildings and communities according to the survey results. Then according to their respective division of labor, launch publicity and marketing activities. I benefited a lot from the activities in those weeks. As we all know, publicity and marketing need good and effective communication with customers. In line with the principle of always proceeding from the interests of customers, we should recommend our card products. Only on this basis can customers know more about our products and feel more about our services. Through those weeks of publicity and marketing, we found that the difficulty and task exceeded our initial imagination. In this process, we experienced the joy of success and the sadness of failure. Whenever the bank card is successfully sold to customers, I can't help feeling happy and happy. After all, it is through our own efforts. And whenever we meet the cold eyes and disdain of customers, we will feel indescribable pain, but we will naturally resolve embarrassment and anxiety. The common method is self-criticism: perhaps our marketing skills are not mature enough, or perhaps we are not in a good mood ourselves. The reasons are as follows. First, I have no experience in promotion before, and my understanding of this matter is biased. Secondly, their own social experience is insufficient, which leads to their poor ability to cope with society. Thirdly, the customer base has not been selected, and the consumption habits and psychology of customers have not been grasped. Finally, the safety of residential property and real estate also brings a lot of inconvenience to our publicity and marketing work. However, after continuous summary and discussion, on the basis of the joint efforts of all members, our group has made some gratifying achievements. Because, from beginning to end, we all believe that efforts will always pay off, and the sunshine will always be after the storm.
Then, the branch leader gave us a small exchange meeting. At the meeting, the President had an exchange and discussion with our interns on the performance improvement of our personal business in Jiang 'an Sub-branch. Everyone actively offered suggestions on how to improve performance, and the meeting atmosphere was very harmonious and active. Everyone agreed that, first of all, from the perspective of publicity, we should show the image and concept of Pufa near Jiang 'an Sub-branch, so that our potential customers can feel the culture and essence of our enterprise from our publicity. At the same time, this practice also laid a good foundation for future marketing. Finally, it was unanimously decided to hold it at several bus stops near the branch. Pufa public welfare image? Publicity. We set up mobile convenience stations at bus stations to carry out publicity activities through activities such as finding change during rush hours every day and providing passengers with purified water for free. Starting from school at about six o'clock every morning, public welfare activities begin at about seven thirty and last until nine o'clock. The publicity starts at five o'clock in the evening and ends around seven o'clock. Perhaps, this activity seems ordinary, but I learned a lot from this little thing. For example, how to communicate with others, how to solve problems for others, how to tap potential customers in the process of publicity and so on. Little by little things inspired me and gave me an attitude towards work and study. Because, I always believe that it is not simple to do simple things well, and it is extraordinary to do ordinary things well? . I believe: details are the key to success! Then, make full use of the time in the branch to learn all aspects of the personal business of the bank. Moreover, the position of each intern's internship lobby manager should be arranged reasonably. If there are no specific tasks, we will use this spare time to run personal achievements and tasks and try to do two things. Now this public welfare activity is still in progress, and the effect is still quite obvious, which has won the reputation and image for Pufa.
At the same time, we also actively participated in the promotion of wealth management products just launched by the branch. The foothold is still near the Jiang' an branch, and the time is usually on the weekend morning. Promote wealth management products by setting up publicity points. Although the time is very short, in this process, we learned how to use different marketing methods for different people and learn to grasp the marketing opportunity.
At the beginning of school, we also participated in the batch processing of Oriental cards for freshmen of Wuhan University of Commerce and Trade. Business school is located in Jiangxia District, and the traffic is inconvenient, so we set up Pufa's studio in the college to better publicize and promote our wealth management products. Because the business school only has our self-service outlets and has a long-term cooperative relationship with Jiang 'an Sub-branch, it is easier for us to promote it than before. Because most students are studying in different places, they don't know much about some banking services (remittance methods, ATM use and handling fees, etc.). Based on this, we focus on explaining the basic business of banks and try our best to solve it according to the different situations of students? Sincerely popularize the law, sincerely for you?
