1. Open the Alipay application and log in to the account. Enter "Postal Credit Card" in the search field at the top of the homepage, and then click the search button. Find and click the relevant options in the search results.

2. After entering the "Postal Credit Card" page, select "Credit Card Repayment" or similar options. On the repayment page, select "Annual Payment" or similar option. Enter your postal credit card number and the annual fee you need to pay.

3. Select the payment method, and you can use the bank card or balance bound by Alipay to make payment. Confirm the payment information and complete the payment.
