Treatment process

1. Please bring your valid real name certificate to the postal savings agency to fill in the special voucher and apply for a green cartoon card.

2. Please bring your valid real name certificate, the green cartoon card and the valid real name certificate of the user of the secondary card to the local postal savings agency to apply for the secondary card of the green cartoon card. The green cartoon card may not be applied as an agent.

3. Please bring your green cartoon card and your valid real name certificate to any outlet in the province to handle the agreed transfer business, or someone else will show your valid real name certificate for two people to use at the same time.
