How does the Agricultural Bank cancel the credit card?

There are two ways for agricultural marketing households: telephone account cancellation and counter account cancellation:

1. Telephone account cancellation: the cardholder directly calls the customer service center of Agricultural Bank of China at 800-8 19-5599, and applies for credit card account cancellation after transferring to manual customer service;

2. Counter account cancellation: First, bring your credit card and ID card to the ABC outlet for account cancellation. Agricultural Bank personnel will review your credit card. It usually takes one month to complete the audit. If your credit card is not in arrears and not used, you can cancel it. After the card is cancelled, the bank staff will cut it open.
