Bank counters: In China, cardholders can withdraw RMB cash at the counters of branches of China Construction Bank with their credit cards and payment passwords; Outside the country, cardholders can withdraw local currency from some bank counters marked with Visa and MasterCard with valid identity documents and credit cards.
