Ping An Credit Card has three activation methods: one is counter activation, the other is calling customer service hotline activation, and the third is logging in to Ping An Bank Credit Card Center activation.

First, activate the counter. Bring my ID card, credit card, mobile phone and bank card with our reserved number to the nearest counter of Ping An Bank for activation.

Second, the customer service phone is activated. The method is:

1. Call Ping An Bank's credit card customer service number: 955 1 1, and press "2" to transfer to self-service voice service;

2. Press "2" again to select "Card Activation and Password Management" function;

3. Press "1" to select the "card activation" function;

4. Enter the ID number according to the voice prompt and confirm.

Third, online activation. The method is:

1. Log in to the homepage of Ping An Bank Credit Card Center and select the "Credit Card Activation" function on the right;

2. Enter Ping An Bank credit card activation page and enter the relevant ID number.
