ICBC credit cards cannot be transferred to ICBC debit cards because ICBC credit cards cannot transfer funds from the credit card to other bank cards. The funds or available limit on the ICBC credit card can be used in the following ways:

1. Withdraw cash through an overdraft ATM of ICBC or other banks, or withdraw the excess deposit in the credit card;

2. Use credit cards to pay bills through POS terminals in shopping malls, hotels or other merchants;

3. Of course, the more common way is to pay bills with credit cards for online shopping.
