CCB's ordinary credit card does have an annual fee, but the annual fee is reduced in the first year. If you swipe your card three times a year, you can reduce the annual fee for the following year. If your CCB credit card generates an annual fee as soon as it is opened, it may be that you activated it too late and the one-year card opening period has passed. The newly opened card can be cancelled, but the recorded annual fee cannot be waived. You must pay the annual fee before you can call CCB customer service to apply for card refund.
