1. Borrowers who hold a credit card from CITIC Bank can apply for a credit card loan. The interest rate for credit card loans from CITIC Bank is the same as the interest rate for credit card borrowings, both at 0.5%.

2. If the borrower’s personal comprehensive qualifications are at a normal level, they will not be less than 4 out of 10,000.

3. If the borrower’s qualifications are poor, the rate will be 6 out of 10,000.
