If your credit card is lost, call the bank’s credit card customer service number as soon as possible to report the loss. Usually, you will stop the payment first. If you are sure you can’t find it, the bank will issue you a new card, usually for a fee. It has nothing to do with the local location. When the bank reissues a new card, it will be mailed to the card collection address in your personal data (that is, the address where the statement is collected)
