If you use China Merchants Bank Card (savings card), there are several ways to query the bank:

1. After logging in to mobile banking, click Home-My Customer Service (headset logo) in the upper right corner, then click "Bank Inquiry" to enter the page, and select the bank you want to inquire (if you don't log in to mobile banking, you can directly enter the inquiry bank in this interface), or click the message bar in the upper right corner of the mobile banking home page to enter, select my customer service and enter the one-card account.

2. Log in to the online banking public edition, and click "Account Management → More Inquiry → One Card Account Opening Information" to inquire about the account opening bank;

3. Log in to the online banking professional edition (UKEY) and click "One Card → Account Management → Card Management → Bank Information Inquiry" to view the bank;

4. On the top right of China Merchants Bank's homepage, select Online Customer Service-Personal Bank, enter one-card bank inquiry, and a bank inquiry link will pop up. Enter it for query.

If it is a credit card, there is no specific bank for CMB credit card. If you need to write the bank when transferring money and remittance, you can fill in the name of any branch of China Merchants Bank (such as the business department of China Merchants Bank Shanghai Branch).
