Unauthorized use of other people's credit cards, and the amount of credit cards is large, suspected of theft. However, the amount is generally more than 1 ,000 yuan, and in some places it is 1, and in 500 yuan it is more than 2,000 yuan, which meets the standard of "large amount" of theft.

(3) Fraudulent use of another person's credit card;

(4) malicious overdraft.

The term "malicious overdraft" as mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to the behavior that the cardholder overdraws beyond the prescribed limit or time limit for the purpose of illegal possession, and refuses to return it after being urged by the issuing bank.

Whoever steals a credit card and uses it shall be convicted and punished in accordance with the provisions of Article 264 of this Law. 、

Article 1 Whoever steals public or private property in an amount between 1,000 yuan and 3,000 yuan, between 30,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan, between 300,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan shall be deemed as "relatively large amount", "huge amount" and "especially huge amount" as stipulated in Article 264 of the Criminal Law respectively.
