Method 2: If you are already a customer of BOC Personal Mobile Banking, you can close BOC Personal Online Banking or BOC Personal Mobile Banking through BOC Personal Mobile Banking, and the entrance is in My-Mobile Banking Service Agreement-Termination and Termination of Article 8 Agreement-Online Cancellation of Electronic Banking.

E-bank can cancel the account as an agent, and the materials to be carried include: the original identity documents of the agent and the client, the relationship certificate (household registration book issued by relatives and notarial certificate issued by non-relatives), the power of attorney, and the bank card of the associated e-bank.
