1, the original and photocopy of my valid ID card, and the income certificate (the running list of my salary account issued by the unit or in the last three months);

2. Credit certification materials: copy of real estate license/copy of vehicle driving license/copy of time deposit for more than one year or tax payment certificate;

3. The applicant is a non-local account. In addition to the above information, the residence certificate issued by the local police station for more than two years is also required.

Credit card supplementary card application materials:

1. Fill in the application form for supplementary card of credit card (signed by the main cardholder and confirmed by the supplementary cardholder).

2. A copy of the valid ID card of the main cardholder and the valid ID card of the supplementary card applicant.
