2. If you don't receive the card letter within 15-20 days after issuing the card, please call customer service at 800-820-5555 as soon as possible and press 1-9 to transfer to manual service to check the mailing address, and you can ask for a free resend.
3. After receiving the card letter, activate it according to the card opening process, set the password and sign on the back of the card to use it.
