No password is required to report a credit card loss.
How to report the loss of a credit card:
1. Call the 24-hour customer service hotline to report the loss.
2. Report the loss through the outlet.
3. Send an email to the bank's designated email address or send a mobile phone text message to the designated number (this mobile phone number does not accept incoming calls) to apply for loss reporting.
4. Online banking registered customers can also log in to online banking to report losses.
The loss report will take effect immediately after it is confirmed. The loss report handling fee will be automatically deducted from the cardholder's account. Agricultural Bank of China will bear the economic losses caused by the card being used fraudulently after you report the loss, and will promptly issue the replacement card. The card is mailed to the cardholder (it cannot be canceled after the loss report takes effect).
