1. Both first-hand and second-hand car owners are welcome.
2. Jingpai:
(1) Have a stable job: Attach ID card and driving license with the application form.
(2) No stable job (only for Beijing residents): Attach your ID card and driving license with the application form.
3. Non-Beijing license plates: Please attach your ID card, driving license and work certificate in Beijing with the application form.
4. Other required materials are subject to the explanation at the counter or the materials required for online application.
5. Vehicle ownership standards:
(1) Applicants need to provide a copy of the vehicle driving license under their own name, because the new version of the Speed ??Card access standard does not apply to official vehicles. ETC card, therefore the new version of Speed ??Pass Card is only issued to individual bus owners.
(2) At present, our bank has relaxed the application conditions for Bank of China Speed ??Pass credit card. Vehicles with driving licenses not in my own name can also apply. After successful application, Speed ??Pass label equipment can be installed. (Non-local license plates can be applied for, but credit card applicants need to work and live in Beijing for a long time).
(3) A BOC Express Credit Card can only be bound to one tag card and the tag device can be installed on one vehicle.
(4) Users can go to Sutong Company to apply for vehicle label changes, and install the vehicle label changes under their own names on vehicles under the names of others.
6. Application process:
(1) Bring relevant supporting documents to a Bank of China branch to apply for a BOC Express co-branded card.
(2) Apply through online application channels.
