Nineteenth loan risk assessment should be based on the analysis of the borrower's cash income, using quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to conduct a comprehensive and dynamic loan review and risk assessment.

The borrower's independent payment means that the lender directly pays the loan funds to the borrower's account according to the borrower's withdrawal application, and the borrower independently pays the borrower's transaction object that meets the purpose agreed in the contract.

Article 20 The lender shall, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and the stipulations of the loan contract, investigate the liabilities for breach of contract for the borrower's failure to provide true and complete information or to use and pay the loan for the purposes agreed in the contract.
