15 The applicant will receive a card issuance notice from ICBC on the working day after submitting the application materials; If the bank card issuance notice has not been received for more than 20 working days (inclusive), the application will be deemed invalid, and the submitted materials will not be returned by China Industrial and Commercial Bank.
