The annual fee for the first year can be waived if you swipe your card or withdraw money 1 time within 30 days of card approval, and the annual fee for the next year can be waived if you swipe your card or withdraw money five times within one year.

There is no charge if the credit card is not activated (note: except CITIC Unlimited Credit Card, Air China World Credit Card, Platinum Credit Card, Magic Titanium Card and Annual Fee Package Card).
