All-in-one card:

If the all-in-one card is associated with mobile banking, click on the upper right corner of the homepage "Headphones icon → Card number query"; Click "My → Bank Card" to select the corresponding card and "View complete card number";

If the card is not associated with mobile banking, but you have transferred money to this card, you can click "My → All → Transfer" selects the queried card as the payee, and the card number can be queried.

Credit cards:

1. After logging into the Palm Life APP, select "Finance→Card Manager" to display information such as the number of credit cards held and card types. Click on the card you want to query , click "Query" in the upper right corner of the page, enter the "Query Password" and after verification, you can see the complete card number.

2. If the credit card is associated with mobile banking, after logging in to mobile banking, click the "headphone icon → card number query → select account" in the upper right corner of the "Home Page", select the credit card you want to view in the drop-down menu, and click " Send verification code", enter the verification code to query the complete card number.

Warm reminder: ① Unreceived credit cards for newly opened accounts cannot be queried.

② For credit cards that are not activated and not linked to OneNet users, please activate the card through Palm Life and check it.
